In July 2020 the club started to sell the Passionately Purple Gin to raise funds for End Polio Now, originally this scheme was run by Herbert & Joy Chatters in the Lytham Club. Fortunately for us all, they both transferred to Salford with Swinton and as Lytham no longer desired to sell the gin it was taken on by their new club.
Since July 1st the club has sold almost 600 bottles of gin generating more that £3500 for End Polio Now, with the Bill & Melinda Gates contribution that has risen to over £10,000, this is a major step forward for the club in their Polio fund raising.
As the festive season approaches why not purchase a bottle, not only is it a extremely good craft gin, you will also be raising funds for our main area of focus.
There is an addition to the gin family, along with our popular Passionately Purple Gin we now have A Taste of Honey, made from locally sourced honey in Worsley, its simply the Bees Knees.
A 75cl Passionately Purple Gin is £35.00 Plus P&P with £6.20 going to End Polio Now
A 50cl Taste of Honey Gin is £30.00 Plus P&P with £5.00 going to End Polio Now.
