Pupils from around the District attended this years Excitement of Science lecture with the help of a number of clubs who provided funding for transport.
The lecture was given by Dr Caroline Molineux, a science teacher from Sharples High School in Bolton, she is also an ambassador for the National Space Centre.
The audience were enthralled with a very amusing presentation that included karaoke singing, teachers dancing and pupils firing rockets powered by air. Her enthusiasm was infectious and the room was buzzing, these lectures are not to be missed.
Thanks to Peter Irwin of Worsley Rotary for arranging the event again.
