On Thursday November 1st, the University of Salford hosted the 2018 Rotary Technology Tournament.
Four schools from across the District took part - Moorside High School, Broadoak School, Parrenthorn High School and Hawkley Hall and were supported by staff and student ambassadors along with local Rotarians.
Along with tasks such as programming drones, students took part in the Rotary project to build a miniature crane.
All students and staff enjoyed the event which was finally won by the students from Parrenthorn High School.
